The weighing input and sorting link adopts the dynamic weighing input system and the cycloidal sorting system. One person can handle up to 1100 pieces of express mail in one hour, and a single conveyor line can handle up to 3500 pieces in one hour, which is far more efficient than the previous manual sorting, making the entire operation process more smooth and greatly improving the work efficiency.
In the package supply and transportation link, on the one hand, loop transportation and circular package supply are adopted, which can not only reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency, but also avoid the line congestion and confusion caused by untimely manual package pulling, which will affect the entire process operation; On the other hand, some two-way branch lines are used to enable the bags to be sorted to be flexibly transported to each lead-in area, forming a variety of packages for filing, so as to avoid the impact of equipment emergency failures on field operations.
